Setting the bar for bar food in Dublin, the guys behind Caribou also own pizza-focused Bonobo in Smithfield and Kodiak in Rathmines. This is their first venture into a more comprehensive menu (only served day time) and they've managed to show up most of the other bars serving food in Dublin. The perfect steak-frites, a supreme Caesar salad, and a Sunday roast that instantly rose to the top of the charts, as well as a top class drinks list - is it any wonder it's drawing the crowds across the board, from friend groups to young families, dating duos to business associates looking for a laid back lunch spot.
