Cork-born Ciarán O'Regan and Diarmuid Connolly learnt their pizza making skills in Naples, before bringing them back to Ranelagh and fusing them with Irish ingredients like Toonsbridge ricotta and Cashel Blue. Their pizzas are heavy on the puns ('N'duja Think You Are' and 'The Fun Guy' are two of our favourites) and heavy on the flavour.
