We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Sous Chef to join our team at The Dropping Well immediately.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a similar senior role
The ability to manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
Innovative & creative of new dishes & trends
Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skill in the kitchen
Experience in working in a high volume busy environment
Must be able to work well on your own initiative and to work in a team environment
Excellent knowledge of HACCP
Must be available full time
Fluent English
Reference essential
Experience in the following would be an advantage:
Training & development of kitchen personnel, to the required standards of the restaurant
Managing a team
Rostering
