We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic & organised Sous Chef to join us on beautiful Antiparos for the summer season. Ideal candidates will be passionate about food & hospitality, and interested in developing their skills and experience.


This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in a creative environment. A good work ethic, willingness to collaborate and operate as part of a team during a demanding summer season is essential.


Candidates should have proven experience working in restaurants with a focus on quality & consistency.


Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:


  • Supporting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation

  • Oversee kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and smooth workflow

  • Train and inspire junior members of the kitchen team

  • Assist in menu development, incorporating creativity and seasonal ingredients

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing stock control, ordering, and food cost efficiency
