We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic & organised Sous Chef to join us on beautiful Antiparos for the summer season. Ideal candidates will be passionate about food & hospitality, and interested in developing their skills and experience.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in a creative environment. A good work ethic, willingness to collaborate and operate as part of a team during a demanding summer season is essential.
Candidates should have proven experience working in restaurants with a focus on quality & consistency.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Supporting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
Oversee kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and smooth workflow
Train and inspire junior members of the kitchen team
Assist in menu development, incorporating creativity and seasonal ingredients
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Assisting the Head Chef in managing stock control, ordering, and food cost efficiency
