Bartender

We are a leading Dublin-based hospitality group with several successful restaurants including Hakkahan and Nan Chinese, and we are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new fine dining establishment - China Tang in Monkstown, opening early 2025.

We are now looking for a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at our new high-end restaurant, who is passionate about mixology and delivering exceptional guest experiences,

What you'll do:

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and other drinks with precision and flair

• Provide exceptional service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere

• Manage bar inventory, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are well-stocked

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

What we're looking for:

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
