Pastry Chef

We are a leading Dublin-based hospitality group with several successful restaurants including Hakkahan and Nan Chinese, and we are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new fine dining establishment - China Tang in Monkstown, opening early 2025.

We are seeking an experienced professional skilled in creating a variety of Western-style pastries and desserts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels and a passion for crafting exquisite culinary creations.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Western pastry making, including cakes, tarts, and plated desserts

• Creativity and precision in designing visually stunning and delicious pastries

• Experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel setting is highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure

• A collaborative team player with a dedication to maintaining high standards
