Restaurant Manager

We are a leading Dublin-based hospitality group with several successful restaurants including Hakkahan and Nan Chinese, and we are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new fine dining establishment - China Tang in Monkstown, opening early 2025.

We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

• You have previous experience as a manager in a fine dining restaurant or a hotel

• You are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading a team

• Bartending experience is a plus, as we value expertise in crafting cocktails and beverages

• You possess excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
